These tanks are normally the slowest, apart from some Tank destroyers, but have the most Health Points in the game. They will normally be the biggest and most heavily armoured tanks (there are variations), with great guns, that have high-penetration. These tanks are the big bruisers of the battlefield. The tanks have good armour normally, but have to give up some of their speed for the extra armour plating. Their guns often are quick firing, but normally with a low penetration value. The 'jack-of-all-trades', these tanks have the most variety in-game, from the very fast and quick Leopard 1 and Dracula, to the slow and steady T-34s of the Chinese Tech-tree. Normally the first tanks to engage enemies, they are the hit-and-run specialists for many players, although they all have different playstyles. They are famous for their very high speed and manoeuvrability, with a very large spotting range (the range where the tank can spot a tank). If you go onto you will find a list of all of the tanks available in the game. There are also three types of tanks available - Ordinary (often called researchable), Premium (they are available via purchasing with Gold (an in game currency) or with 'real' currency), and Collector Tanks (the rarest, available for purchase via 'real' money, or in special events ). The tanks in the game are sorted into 4 different categories, Light tanks, Medium Tanks, Heavy Tanks and Tank destroyers, and then these are sorted in to 'Tiers', from Tier I (the worst) to Tier X (the best). There are a huge amount of tanks in the game, with Wargaming announcing on the 5th Anniversary of Blitz, that there were over 370 tanks, from over 8 nations! The current nations in the game include Britain, U.S.S.R, the USA, Italy, Japan, China, Germany, France, Sweden and Czechoslovakia (Czechoslovakia being the latest addition to the game).
